hhhhmmmm so it's 1:50 in the morning. Not late at all, but for me I'm attempting this new thing called sleep. Not working out as well as planed haha. I have really bad insomnia and refuse to do the drugged out sleeping thing. Pretty desperate at the moment I've tried all kinds of things from teas to hot showers to relaxing music and nothing seems to work. And as everyone knows a lack of sleep can cause someone to go a little crazy. So any advice....anyone. I'll try anything at the moment. so sleeeeppppy

they're herbal and supposedly non addictive. I never feel like i NEED to take one, it just helps if you hate laying in bed at night tossing and turning. You can get them at like CVS or a drug store
plus i feel like i'm 8 again taking chewable medicine haha
