ok so the car didn't work out, but I should be getting the new tatoo wednesday morning. I'm very excited, and I'll hopefully hace a pic up as soon as possible. What else...I need to finish my taxes, a book, and a paper...it can be done. Been listening to Uncle Tupelo (a lot), the Pixies (Surfer Rosa), and a bootleg of Jeff Mangum preforming Neutral Milk Hotel stuff before "In the Aeroplane Over the Sea" came out. What else? hmmm, not that it matters...When Jeff sings Phil Spector's "I love how you love me" I get all sweet feelin' on the insides, and at the same time, i want to cut it out (my heart that is) and serve it to my past. It's not bitterness, and it's not naivety...it's complex. I feel blindly possitive about love flowing through my life, and resigned to all the hurt and struggle that river has brought and will bring. Resigned and happy. I don't know...does this make sense?
Okay, if someone is reading:
What was the first song that you loved so much you you thought your heart would explode when you heard i; you know, the one you know all the words to and sing along to, and I mean sing your heart out to, even when everyone else thinks you have lost it, which you have...?
for me..."Eternal Flame" by the Bangles, and maybe "Angel of the Morning" by Juice Newton
(close you eyes, give me your hand, darling...)
diggity
