It's all distraction: social security, gay marriage, abortion, Iraqi elections...What are your self-interests and how do they control your attention? Who's making money off your averted gaze?
And...
Whatever your prided eccentricities may be, they are, indubitably, someone else's migraine.
Mine included, to be sure.
In other, related, news:
This!
and this.
I would have linked a concervative blog's take on it, but I don't know how to search for them - programming error 24601 - critical failure in my i'm the least bit interested sector....
Anyway, I'm not trying to say it's right or wrong to show toddler's lesbians in their cartoons, but I wish there were more moderates speaking up about the fact that there are, in fact, lesbians, and in a reality based TV show (except for the animated bunny aspect), one can expect to run across lesbians. I mean even from a religious right perspective of homosexuality as disease, dude man, this bunny visits people with illnesses. I only say that last piece of garbage to point out the departure from reality our secretary of education is on. How's crazy faux paradise land, Margaret Spellings? Is it nice there with nucUlar families?
Personally, i wish all my TV had maple syrup making mamas.
