Scarlet Diva. Finally, Asia Argento's directorial debut hits LA. I know this is gonna suck, but I don't care. She's all naked and naughty and rocknroll and shit, so who cares.
Secretary. I saw a trailer and it looks really hot and funny. Maggie Gyllenhall & James Spader in an S & M boss/secretary relationship. I mean, when was the last time you saw James Spader in a good movie. Hopefully, this marks his return to quality.
Das Experiment. German psychological prison experiment movie. What's not to like?
8 Women. Catherine Deneuve, Issabelle Hupert, Virginie Ledoyen, Emanuelle Bart. French. I don't think I really need to say more.
Igby Goes Down. Yeah, it's hollywood. shuddup.

...and no Maxx, I'm not gonna drag myself to see the new W. Herzog w/Tim Roth. I can't do movies about the triumph of the human spirit. It's a complete sell-out. He made a sentimental movie in English about Germans and Jews, for chrissakes!!! Booty. Plain and simple!

I scored a 3 disc set of early Sun Records stuff for $12!, plus some Gene Vincent, Junior Walker & the All-Stars and Ray Charles Live for $8 bux each. I love me the old school!
