Hehehe, interesting advice for stress .. but admittedly not the usual "try meditation" advice. Like I havent tried that, lol. I cant allow myself to get any more angry abt my problems or the world or things might start to suddenly catch fire around me. Annnd .. seeing as my son is 12 ... trying to see things thru HIS eyes might just make things worse. He hates school and his world revolves around video games. Now dont get me wrong ... I LOOOVE video games and play them often (with him and without) but I cant let that get too carried away or I'll turn into a hippo.
