So today was one of the dopest days I've had in recent memory. I went to the 2007 HorrorHound Horror/Filmfest. Not only did I get to meet a lot of the greats, I scored free pics with several of them. Sid Haig, Tom Savini, Tony Todd, Bill Mosely, Chris Jericho, and others. Imagine my surprise when, I walk in and see, that in order to get your picture with a celeb, you'd have to buy a pic/poster and autograph from them first. $20 each.

I couldn't spend $200 to get only a handful of signatures and pics. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have them...I'd just also like to have the money to blow......but sadly I don't. Yet somehow, we managed to run into the stars just strolling through the crowd. They were each so cool and let us snap pics with them as well. I did however pay for Tom Savini to autograph a poster of his. That and the picture were totally worth it. He's been one of my idols for over a decade...so I kinda had to.

Also, while at the show, we saw a little kid with his parents dressed like Chucky. He was so cute and looked great as the killer doll. I got to talk with Tony Moran (the original Michael Meyers), The owner of BloodyDisgusting.com, the president of FearNet, and a bunch of people from Troma.

Best of all Miss HorrorFest 2007 Scream Queen Betty Black offered to pose for an intro page to my website in return for a custom piece. How fucking awesome is that?!?! She screams so incredibly loud that my heart farted...plus she's hot and super nice, so I'm stoked.
