I really hate updating this thing. I always feel like I don't have anything interesting enough to say. Well I finished rehab yesterday. It feels good to be back home with some beer and my good old ps2. Anyways I don't have anything else to say so I'll end this.

Back to the reality of therapy and looking back at my past, behaviours and patterns. I felt very flat. It was a struggle to get through.
People should stand side by side instead of head to head.
I miss the ability to shed my tears in times of pain.
