1. my jitsu was absolute shite tonight, my worst training in months...couldn't get one of my favorite hip throws together (seio toshi), koshi garuma and the rest were all crap, when asked to do a simple osotagari I miserably tried to do a hipthrow...(I'm going to blame it on the redbull which fucked up my heartbeat bigtime during training)
2. I'd like to train at ucl again tomorrow night but my official sensei "daddy" would anhilate me...so QM I guess...
3.didn't drink too much tonight, brilliantly enjoyed my evening...
