Wow its amazing how life can change in one day....

I have just been offered a job at my sisters diamond company and I would be silly to refuse. The previous employee stole $100 000 worth of diamonds and she won't hire someone she doesn't trust-understandably! So who better to trust then family...

After 10 years of doing hair- 4 of those years spent as a freelance hair and make up artist, I think its time to 'put away my brushes' and take on a serious money making career.

I will work 9am till 4pm Monday to Friday, start off with admen and a few courses as my knowledge of diamonds ends with the fact that I like them! So for the first time in my life I will have a basic salary and I will earn commission on all diamonds I sell. I will only move into sales next year once I have been through all the relevant training. So I start on Monday! Shew!

So today I went to the salon I work in to break the news and then strait to my agent to do the same, they were all very happy for me and took the news well offering me hugs and support as this is a huge change!

So if you need diamonds I'm your girl!!!
Heres to my new career as a *rock* star!
