i've never really noticed my needles tearing up my records... i hope they haven't been. and i certainly haven't noticed the needles getting thrown out of place, hopefully they haven't. would the repercussions of a slanted needle damage the groove or just wear down the record and make it noisier?
would it be stupid of me to assume that your needles are scratch friendly?
ilovemikehunt:
by the way, nice flicks... you're such a cute bedroom superstar, even first thing in the morning. and i dig your groovebox; i want one!

"Hype the funk ... and all that junk"

bleh.
ilovemikehunt:
yeh, i gave up that idea the first day i got the thing... the lag is awful. i need to get at vestax about the two lovely master outs that cannot function simultaneously.
anyway, what kinda software would i need to record the shit on my computer? i usually use wiretap program to record streams and stuff.. it doesn't have a good dynamic meter display. i don't want to clip or anything, and i know that tends to be an issue with going straight to stock soundcards.
anyway, fill me in. thanks.

by the way, i'd be psyched if you'd expose DITC's sample arsenal to me... their beats (for the most part) have a lovely aesthetic.
