Yeah, I know I was vegan in the past, for a couple years.

What I try to do is if I'm going to buy something pre-made, is I make sure it's certified vegan.

For the most part, I eat pretty much just raw veggies and fruits, and nuts, etc. So I don't have to worry too much with that kind of thing.

I'm also thinking of getting into doing stuff like baking my own vegan loaves of bread and stuff like that.
