I spoke with the head of interventional radiology downtown and they don't feel they can drain you percutianesouly (without an incision). Unfortunately, I think your best option is to have the rest of the pancreases removed. The best, would be to go to the surgeon that operated on you previously (I have none of the records from Mayo clinic available to me), or we can set you up with an appointment with Dr. Vickers @ the U of M.
Than we need to control the lipids very aggressively and strongly consider getting you into the transplant program.

They want to get me on a transplant list... there are other options, and its still working. But its not fairing well, they wont drain it (or cant) and they think that if I have another attack it is toast.
So, while i still have some options, I am working on them as diligently as a full time student, and 40.5 hr/ wk assistant manager can.
