Had Miss Monster on my bed earlier and she explored my pillows. It was refrickin adorable until she nearly scooted herself off my bed when I wasn't watching and I had to pull matrix moves to catch her. I promise it was a lot more epic than it sounds. Anyhoo, I am currently in a quest to ultimately go a week without candy. It's kind of a dare among my girlfriends in my house bc I seriously stash a bag of dark chocolate chips in the freezer for when I get a sweet tooth (which is most days

) I'm trying to get into better shape for
The Tough Mudder in April and I figure less candy should help with that too. I've lost almost ten lbs since my last shoot and I feel a lot better lately. At least stronger. This is more my fighting weight but the race has crazy obstacles so I want to get stronger so I can at least finish the thing without sucking entirely. A loophole I decided on this afternoon though is that pop doesn't count as candy. I really rarely ever drink the stuff and when I do sometimes it's diet, but I LOVE Johnnie Ryan's Cream Soda and no way am I going to say no to it if it's offered to me, which it was when I got back from class today

Btw, test went well, not that hard. And this weekend I'm going to get to go home and see my older sister for her bday. Should be a good time if we don't fight the whole time. Getting a lot (A LOT) better with the not fighting as we're getting older, but it still creeps in.
Back to reading-- non-academic material... I have a thing for the Agent Pendergast novels by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Childs. Reading
Feaver Dream and so sucked into it.
Good luck on your week-long withdrawal from sweets and junk food, hope you make it...
I assume having that many housemates can be a pain unless you have plenty of bathrooms. Don't suppose you're interested in moving to New Orleans...
