Replacement roommate for guy who was going to move in Sept. 1 bailed! It's not that no one wants to live here, it's just that they keep backing out after they agree, which has cost a total of 12 days that I could have been showing the place, and $80 for having to replace the ad after cancelling it. I now have exactly 14 days to rent it out a third time. wish me luck.
