You know, I consider myself someone who knows their way around an income tax form. And yet the federal government sends me its' reassessment, and for like 20 minutes they had me thinking I owed them an extra $3,000. $3,000! There is no way I would be off by $3,000!
And it turns out that I wasn't. I was really less than $7 away from their total. But the form (and especially the letter) that they send made it look like it was.
