So I didn't get hired to be a staff writer for my city's newspaper. Now, granted, I don't have a degree in journalism, but I sold a number of articles to a paper from the same owner last year. So I had hoped for at least an interview, rather than just a rejection letter. And I figure the law thing would have come in handy (I find journalism very poor in its coverage of legal issues - especially as it relates to national affairs).
The only upside is that I will have a lot more money for the foreseeable future (I was saving a lot for the past six months, in case I had to start living on a cub journalist's salary). In fact, to make myself feel better, I went to the guitar shop, and picked up a fender stratocaster. (I hope my other guitars are not jealous).
for new guitar
for stupid newspaper
I have also started a photoset in the SG fan art group (the pictures are reproduced in my own pics section).

I'm not fluent in Latin, so we can go back to English.
