today i felt like a one legged man in an ass kicking contest and lost! though maybe a better description is the black knight's famous last words "Oh. Oh, I see. Running away, eh? You yellow bastards! Come back here and take what's coming to you. I'll bite your legs off!"


a bright spot though I had kick ass pan seared tuna for dinner tonight delicious and hella easy to make!

recipe:
sashimi grade tuna steaks
coat with canola oil
then coat with sea salt and sesame seeds
In an iron skillet add a little oil
when hot drop in steaks and sear for a minute to a minute and a half on each side
slice in to strips
top with japanese kewpie mayonnaise
serve with steamed rice
and steamed broccoli, asparagus or any other vegetable you find appealing!
