Wow. Just had a fitness reassessment.
My recovery rate has gone from 65% to 82%, which is apparently really high.
Body fat percentage has reduced by 1.1%, and I'm well into my normal range (I was out before).
I've lost 2 kilos (4.5lbs) of pure body fat, as my muscle mass has increased.
