we went to look at the new loft apt we want to move into....and they kick ass. the rooms are way bigger; 781-900 sq ft (compared to the 495 sq ft that we live in now). And the best thing is that the bigger of the two floor plans is only 1150 a month! By MA standards that's cheap for the amount of sq footage. It's a one bedroom loft styled apt. Meaning it has a bedroom but the rest of the apt is completely wide open; no walls so it looks huge
