I had a long day today running around getting shit done but it was all worth it when I got to the gym. I popped in Iowa by Slipknot and went to town tearing my body apart on a massive workout for chest/triceps. I t was awsome i dropped a few heavy sets for triceps and then pumped up the reps for a more intense burn so now i can keep the pump longer, damn triceps are getting immune to quick to my sets. i should probally stop taking NO2 maybe then they will stop addapting so fuckin fast. but any way i smashed through that and then came home ate, studied and now i'm here.
