i officially hate people....
some bitch is suing my parents for 55000 and trying to kill my puppy because he bit her over three years ago...
her case:
+the dog bit her
+her family paid all medical bills
+it has caused her to "lose" her modeling career because of the scar on her nose
+she emotionally tramatized by the fact that she must look at the scar on her nose every time she looks in the mirror
+she claims that she was playing with the dog all afternoon and it out of nowhere bit her
our case:
+our dog has no prior record or incidents after the event occured
+boxer (my puppy) had run away for a week and was tramatized by it....afraid of people....he snarled if he was upset....as a result anyone that walked in the door at that time we always warned them "not to get in his face" and that he's "timid around people, so let him come to you"
+he didn't actually bite her...she got in his face (after being warned not to) he growled, she got scared and rocked forward to stand up so he snapped startling her more....in which case she fell forward and her nose collided with his teeth (that was her exact story at the time of the bite)
+when we took her home her parents said not to worry about it that insurance would take care of it
+they approached our house later asking for fees to see a plastic surgen their estimate was between 1000 to 600$....my parents agreed to pay and they never came back in fact they moved away
+this is over three years after the incident occured
+they never reported the dog to animal control.....in fact we did and animal control said not to worry about because it was in our residence not outside therefore it's a private quarter (or something) and that nothing could be reported until the family themselves reported it
+i never once heard of her modeling ever
+insurance should have paid for some of the medical bills...they have things like 600$ for a topical cream for her nose......and stuff
so namely....they didn't even report the bite....they asked for money we agreed and they never came back AND she was warned not to get in the dogs face but the bitch did anyway......
*cries* this is one fucking miserable week......
she even tried to be my friend about it....told my parents that she talked to me online all the time and shit....even talked about me still dating an ex of mine......after i had been with my fiance for over a year and had broken up with pat at least 14 months prior.
my dog is a nice dog.......
this isn't supposed to happen to good dogs....
needless to say....if anyone knos of any court cases where the dog won out instead of the "victim" even tho it's mutual blame....if even that....or if someone knos where i can access pet laws for the state of washington or something
it just hurts that someone would intentionally wait out a case just to get 55000 instead of the actual cost ..... i can't stand scandelous people .... and to think she tried to say she was my friend.....it's her own damn fault it got infected.....and i'm sorry if you're a "model" you're gonna go straight to a plastic surgen with that crap
