boy it's been such a night.
our puppy has come down with parvo. i tried calling the only vet in this town that has a 24-hour emergency clinic, and he basically blew me off. so then we were on our way to walmart to get pedialyte to do what we could for big boi 9000, and we pass a new vet's office, and see a guy about to leave. he didn't seem like he wanted to take our poor puppy in. but he took him in, and hooked him on an IV, gave him some antiobiotics, and let us take him home.
pj and i have been staying up, using a syringe to force some pedialyte into big boi 9000 every fifteen minutes. i went to sleep between four and five, and pj stayed up giving the dog its pedialyte. now i'm up, called the vet, and she said he will call back soon, probably have us bring big boi 9000 up there.
diva is such a sweetheart. without her, we probably wouldn't have even known what was going on. i am very thankful for her. she probably saved his life. hopefully he will survive. i never had him vaccinated, because when we got him, i didn't have money for it, and i had been planning on going to lawton, since vaccinations are cheaper there.
so to everyone who gets an animal - VACCINATE. even if it means you have to scrape pennies and bum money off of people.
i am very worried now. i do not have the money for this, so i am not sure how exactly i will be able to pay for it. i paid for last night's, which was 116 dollars, but now i only have like thirty dollars in the bank, and we don't get paid for a week and a half. i am hoping the vet will allow me to make payments for further treatment, and i will honor the payments to the last cent.
i am sad now. and tired. and worried.

That sucks. I am happy that my cat is always relatively healthy. I couldn't stand for him to be "really sick". I guess since he is inside all the time, there isn't as much opportunity for him to pick something up. But he is 12 years old and still doing pretty good.

uh somewhere in between swarmed with stuff to do and moderatly busy would be nice. I feel swarmed most of the time. I hope your puppy gets better! Can you not ask your mom or dad for money? I know it SUCKS asking for money but in this situation it is a very good reason to ask. do you like being busy? I find it when I am not busy, I think too much and obsess over things....so I guess I'd rather be all crazy because of physical things that i have to get done rather than all crazy because I'm obsessive.
