1- Break each individual panel into a separate file. The SG windows seem to fit art that is 400 pixels wide max. I'd size each panel to fit, and then put each individual panel into your blog entry separately.

2- Why not check out the new website ComicSpace. it's set up sort of like MySpace, but it's geared towards comics pros & fans. You can upload online comics galleries there. I have a page here. I just started using it. they don't have the size restrictions SG has. If it works out, you can just post links here to draw traffic to your comics.
