I just saw the sweetest chair when I was getting into the BART elevator. I commented the guy on the sleek design, and we got to chatting. Apparently, he is a welder and makes his own chairs. One thing led to another, and I may contract him to design one for me. He only does solo jobs, mostly for people in third world countries, so I am stoked if this actually happens. This thing was seriously rugged and streamlined. Perfect for traveling...let's hope that he does actually contact me when he gets back to his shop in a couple of weeks.
In other news, the law school shit is hitting the fan. One of my 'friends' said that she had a nervous breakdown this weekend, and another just dropped out completely....and we still have about a month left until finals...this is only going to get more interesting as December draws nigh.

how old are your children?
Sorry about the slow response, been fairly busy the last few days. My son is 9 and my daughter is 6. Rather, she will be on Friday, but what's a few days.
We broke the news to them last night and they were rather unhappy about it, but tht's to be expected. Picking up and moving is always a bit traumatic. In time, though, I'm sure they'll like it up there.
