So, I work at Round Table. I was hired as a busser/dishwasher and worked nights. 3 months later I learned to take orders, eventually answer phones and take phone orders, then make the pizzas and cut them. Now I have all that down pretty damn good. About a month and a half ago I started working mornings and was given a key to open the store. I am the only one who has access to the office, and money for the registers. So bacically, I am in charge in the mornings. And I close the store on Sundays, because my boss is off Sundays and I'm the only one with the key.
In the mornings, I take walk-in orders, take phone orders, take the food to the tables, clean the tables, and wash the dishes. Sooo tiring. There is another chick who works in the front with me, but she's sooo slooooow and always leaves for her stupid smoke breaks. She grabs onde dirty table at a time instead of getting them all at once. How does that make sense? There are 2 girls who work in the back making the pizzas, but sometimes they put the pizzas in the oven and stand around talking and texting, while the pizzas crash into each other, so I gota run over and take them out, cut them and either box them or take them to the table. On top of that, the 2 girls leave a lot earlier than they are supposed to. So for about 2 hours, I am pretty much alone, doing literally everything! And on Saturdays its worse cuz the girl who works in the front with me is the driver. There is supposed to be at least 2 ppl in the front, 2 in the make line(making pizzas), one on cut and wrap(cutting and boxing pizzas) and at least one busser(who was me).
Now I'm doing everything and I still only get 8 an hour. I have a key to the store and to the managers office, I deal with complaints and refinds, I have access to all the manager's tools in the system, and get no recognition or bonus or compensation or ANYTHING! AND I constantly have to tell people what do to because they stand around and dont do shit!
Gota make my money somehow, but I really want a new job tho

Once you have the Job Title, you can use it as leverage for another job. It will immediately tell future employers your a responsible reliable person. it will give you a step up on other applicants.
