You should work at the Round Table in Santa Rosa. A lot more employees mostly Latinas, hard working and help each other out. You are just at the wrong Round table. Your Boss must have an idea what's going on. Suggestion, since your actually the Assistant Mgr. ask your Boss for a raise when he says no, say well at least give me the job title of Asst. Mgr.,.since thats what I'm doing even if you won't give me the money and it would help me when asking fellow employees to do things.
Once you have the Job Title, you can use it as leverage for another job. It will immediately tell future employers your a responsible reliable person. it will give you a step up on other applicants.
