Hi people! I am in a surprisingly happy mood despite my circumstances.
This weekend was extremely stressful and emotional. My dad went to the hospital Sunday evening to be admitted for a heart arrythmia or flutter, after he's had it for almost a year. Well Monday morning he had a procedure done called an Esophogeal Echocardiogram, where a 1/2" tube is sent down his throat to examine his heart and valves. Those results were that he has a weakened left ventrical heart muscle, but his valves are fine otherwise. He then had a procedure this morning that took about 2 hours (mostly prepping him, 5-10 minutes was the actual procedure), where they sent electrical shocks to his heart to reset the fibrillator valve because it was functioning properly. And now he's home safely.
Well...on the other hand, Wayne's grandpa has a brain stem hemorrage and he's in a coma at the moment. So this week will be the family going with DNR or waiting to see if he wakes up. His heart is working, but his lungs aren't, so he's in bad shape. Pray for him everyone!
Now, no more sadness. Happy thoughts. I have just joined Sahara Dance and will start my Beginners Technique I in early September. Thanks to Jeaneen showing me clips of bellydancing, I'm hooked. My inspiration and idol is the lovely, incomparable, and extremely flexible Rachel Brice.
Thanks to her, I am completely inspired and on my way to becoming a belly dancer. I want to incorporate it into my designs, my everyday life, and on bettering myself. I love her!! I've also recently become inspired by
