i worked out last night.
I am so goddamn sore today. Guess sitting in front of a computer isnt as much physical activity as i thought.
After that my br chris and i came back to my place and cooked a mad batch of spaghetti. knocked out the media HW. had a few brews and played a round of mutant league football.
awesome day yesterday.
