Actually what is really interesting is Tai Chi. What most people are exposed to is the slow practice of the forms of Tai Chi. My dad took a Tai Chi boxing class, and at speed, Tai Chi is amazing.
On the ride home from piano last night, #1 daughter says out of the blue that she want to take up a martial art.
