I woke up in a fantastic mood today with delicious cold smell of fall and tendrils of Gaultier 2 spinning though the air. So today is my "sunday" and I'm off work. I hadn't eaten last night, and I was starving. After poking through my fridge for a hot second, a plan came to me. The result dear humans:



I am not the least bit discouraged that my omelette looks that way because:

• It is still DELICIOUS
• I know why it looks that way: it's too full
• And it's the first time I've ever made one!

Not too shabby for a virgin omelette, eh?

It contains 3 eggs, half a tomato, one clove of garlic, one green onion, many fresh basil leaves, monterey jack cheese grated, and fresh sliced mushrooms. And one pint of New Castle. At 10 AM. It's my day off, I can do this sort of thing, dammit. Besides, after this, I am going to play June Cleaver for most of the afternoon, so I feel I am entitled!
