My best advice I can give is to live in the present and just be happy. We are never promised tomorrow plus there's no point in stressing about what happened yesterday. It took me a couple years to learn to just let things go and let it be. With having anxiety it took me a little longer to learn how to slow down an breathe instead of freaking out on something tiny. It was a daily battle worrying about what had happen and what was yet to happen. Eventually I started to get the swing of things in life and learning how to handle daily situations. From there it was easy looking at life in different perspectives.
Everyday I keep a smile on my face and a positive mindset to tackle on the day. So no matter how rainy the day is eventually the sun will shine and you'll see that living in today's moment isn't so bad. (:
