well folks yeah...it sucked..and i have to change my diet to eat healthy...take vitamins....exercise...so i basicaly have to change my whole lifestyle to keep myself from getting cancer...*sighs*

and they think it is going fromCIN 1(low gradeSIL) to CIN2( which is a high grade sil)...and if the biopsies(cause they took 3) come back as the CIN 2 ..i will have to go in for them to catorize the the stuff off...

so yeah..blargh
