I bought a piracy back-up device for the Nintendo DS. It's called the "R4 Revolution for DS".
It comes in a cardboard sleeved box. You get:
- MicroSD USB Card Reader
- R4 Device
- Spare Case in another colour
- Mini CD of Software and Instructions
- Little Strappy Lanyard
You don't get any MicroSD cards. This might make the device seem more expensive than other back-up units, but MicroSD cards can be cheap if you look around. Kingston resellers sell 1GB cards for about 12, including tax and shipping. The manufacturers say the device will work with cards up to 4 GB in size.
The R4 and the spare case come with a really nice polythene (?) case with silicone (?) insert. The tiny strappy fits either this or the MicroSD reader.
I was burned on a CF card that I bought on eBay. They claimed that it was 120X, but it was more like 10X. It was only 20 for the card including postage and I ended up keeping it. I wounder if eBay was so named becuase that rhyms with "hope and pray" or should that be "hope and prey"
