Friday night my mom drives us to a family Christmas party in Rosarito.
We have an amazing weekend. Everyone leaves on Sunday.
With no money and no car, we decide to stay. We are either spontaneous or stupid.
Either way, it was worth it.
I procure marijuana from the locals in broken Spanish.

Tequila sunrise.
Wednesday, we get a ride. 3 hours north, back to the US.
6 hours on the Amtrak, up the coast, back home.
