5 Hour Energy drinks are better than Red Bull Shots. The reasoning for this is simple, but here are the pros and cons of each.
5 Hour Energy lasts a bit longer than a Red Bull Shot.
Red Bull Shots taste a hell of a lot better than 5 Hour Energy (even if you hate regular Red Bull, like me).
5 Hour Energy doesn't have any sugar, so (they claim) no crashing when it wears off.
Red Bull now does a sugar-free version of their Shot.
5 Hour Energy is more readily available than Red Bull Shots.
Red Bull Shots are the lethal component of a yet-to-be-invented cocktail/Jagerbomb of doom... (I'm going to try this actually. I'm calling it a JagerNuke).
However, despite it all being very balanced etc, 5 Hour Energy wins for one simple reason;
The warning label on 5 Hour Energy says you can reasonably safely have two in a day, as long as they're spaced apart.
This is pretty much how I've been living for the last four days. I'm a wreck.
