Yesterday I saw a strange bug crawling around our bedroom floor. I'd seen them before, but never thought to research it or ask. This time I did get curious as to whether or not it might be parasitic. Which, I suppose depending on how you look at it, it could be, but it isn't really.
It is called a Silverfish and I Wiki'ed it, of course. Because that's what I do.
This little creature originated in the Palaeozoic era.
So... I got excited and promoted the belief that there was essentially a dinosaur in my house.
... Then I did more research and realised I should have paid more attention in History class and elementary school.
Sad.
Still... they are cool little bugs.
So are Earwigs except that they EAT Silverfish.
Weird.
