Time for an update!
House is good- I survived the tick infestation, though the ticks (thankfully) did not. That was bad creepy, realizing your whole carpet is tick heaven.
I found a super fine bucnh of garage rock freaks who I really, really like. They are the OKMONIKS and they rock. I'll send in the info next time they tour...
I 've been writing like a madman, and have three songs needing only minor tweaking, and another three almost there. The rock is coming soon, I'll be looking for bandmates in a couple of months.
I've adjusted to the desert to the degree that I can now where long pants after sundown. This is helping me be less fashionably crippled (though I admit I have no fucking style anyway, it's an improvement!). Sadly, my good boots are dying and I will miss them terribly.
