I am sitting, waiting. I can feel her presence pushing on me. I can taste her sweat on my lips. When I close my eyes she glows there, out to the northeast aways. Miles away. Days away. She glows like the caterpillar I found in discovery park- she glows coolest blue out beyond the mountains. Not breathing at all and I can hear her in the blood that pounds in my head, she is the waves of heat as I slip into the dark. My conciousness slipping as my body burns oxygen I want to laugh at its insipid attempts to trick me into breathing. In my blackening mind she glows brighter, brighter as I fade. I can see her eyes as I go all the way under. They are laughing at me and smiling.
