Looking back i've realised i've haven't actually posted that many blogs.. only four pages worth. It's both despicable and defeatist. I've also lost weight due to the amount of squatting i've done lately. (WHAT?! i'm learning shotokan karate you disgustingly minded people..)
I've also got a new very unhealthy obession with Judo, plus the fact i'm tapping out the orange and yellow belts which satisfies my violent tendencies
My how i love the bruises.. i also have a video camera.
