Happy Do Shit You Have Put Off Forever Day!
well at least for me it is....
Mainly today is devoted to fixing clothing that have either
a) been bought from a thrift stor with the high aspirations of altering them into something oh-so-awesome or
b) i have stained or ripped
i have already attempted to dye 2 shirts dark brown because they had both been "coffee-fied". the camp shirt was looking good, the white stiching wasn't taking the dye (which look very good) but there was something on it that made white splottches. damn. the sweater is now what i can comfortably call "poo brown" round 2.
yesterday at work was hell folded into a crepe (french food joke).
doubled from 9:30, got home around midnight. the place closes at 9. i had my ass handed to me for about 13 hours, the upside is that i now understand the phrase 'rode hard and put up wet." this morning i had to all but roll myself out of bed (sound familiar Loslope?) so i could treat the tiny slashes on my hands from cutting away the foil from all of those wine bottles. who knew fine dining could be so hazardous? hopefully i made some cash (oh yeah, the computer crashed after closing, so i didn't get paid out any of the credit card tips.)
have a boss weekend (thats for you, icant)
