Well, I defintely can't complain about the weather at home this week. It's been above 50 every day, and I've been able to ride at least 5 hours a day every day this week. I'm losing weight like it's going out of style, yo. I'll look like my profile pic soon...
But because I"m training like 30 hours a week, and trying to work a few hours a day at least, I've barely been on the site. That's probably not a bad thing, though, since I felt like it's all I did in January when I couldn't train.

i just moved here from the merry old midwest (where we have long tsraight roads) and just bought a bike in hope of busting it out at the chicago triathalon next sep. got any tips on what streets /paths would be good for cycling around here. i find most are absurdly twisty and full of stoplights...a bad combo for tryin to build a good endurance base.
thanks a ton and hopefully this shit weather ll pass soon and everyone can go outside and play more
You should be getting something in the mail if I can get off my lazy ass.
