Work is kicking my ass, ready for a break. If I don't get shit fixed soon maybe I just quit, buy some land, and grow my own food. This is the first time in my career I'm not satisfied with my situation, but I'm so reluctant to make any changes after working so hard for so long.
Fresh back from India. Some of my guys took me to a "calm place" to drink beers and watch the sunrise after work. I never considered the side of an Indian freeway to be a calm place, but I'm just a westerner, so I guess it's all relative.
Two days home in Denver and back to Portland for two more weeks. It's so fucking beautiful here, I wish I was spending more time in town. I might also be able to socialize andactually meet someone.
Some of my NM friends are driving up for Leonard Cohen on the 3rd, that will be a blast.
Turkey day party will be down at the ranch again, something to look forward to.
Now to decide where to spend Christmas, Santa Fe with the parents, Portland with friends, or Denver alone.
