I'm sick of sinking into physical degradation... As of today, I swear off of fast foods, no-veggie meals, and generally eating like crap. I'm changing my diet to include nothing but veggies, eggs, cheese, fruits, and soda. I'm also going to start taking a multivit everyday (along with my ginko), step my everyday exercise up from just arm-based workouts to include abs and legs (and maybe cardio), and switch to a better brand of facewash (fucking acne).
