A number of things have taken place. All are mundane, hence the bullet points:
I shaved my head, and my concept of head/neck propertion was very briefly out of whack today. It was very, very odd.
Went to Tan's and got me some new pants and feivues. I'd had the previous pair of shiny Tai Chi pants for, oh, about 2 years... and the wholes were moving rapidly away from 'unfortunate' and into the realm of 'pornographic'.
I bought the Black Books collector's edition DVDs. This made me very happy, and I'm still relishing the glow.
Our PC was temporarily but quite seriously on the blink thanks to a combination of Unreal Tournament 2004, and new video card drivers. It's working again now, for some reason.
Went to the Tai Chi/Wushu annual at Monash University. The standard of competition Tai Chi was so low that if it went lower, it would displace what was below it. Plus, some nutjob in the crowd ran into the area making snake noises and doing moves, during a demonstration by a visiting martial arts specialist. The judges tackled him, and it turned out his 'moves' were just posturing. I was hoping he'd be a serious challanger, but no. Can't trust anybody these days.
