Bla. There's one thing worse then when no solution presents itself -- it's when you know you'll have to WAIT just to get access to the one conceivable solution.
Something has reared its ugly head once again, quite by surprise - I didn't realise it was still in me, but yeah... it's funny how things work out. Funnier when it happens to people you don't like, obviously.
And, is this not the best quote you'll ever hear. It's from some clod called Kathryn Wilson, of Williamstown:

I'm sure you don't need to be told that the rest of her letter contained the usual tripe about 'practical concerns', and 'tough times calling for tough laws'.
