I'm so happy with how these turned out! It's actually slices of apple inside, covered with oat flour + egg + baking powder + cinnamon. Then I topped it with honey and some blackberries. It was really good 😍 I'm happy because I'm still learning how to cook stuff that tastes nice and also looks good hahaha it's very rare that I succeed at both but I think I did this time 🥰 it was very easy but very yummy! Highly recommend for a pancake recipe that's a bit healthier 🖤
