so here's my SMASHING PUMPKINS REVIEW

A bit late hehhe.

They played in Barcelona, the forum, 31st of may. The Forum, is full of cool building and structures, so the place was quite beautiful.

Since it was a festival, they only played hour and a half.

They started just in time. It wasn't full of people, since it was more like a pop-alternative festival, and most of the people there were jerks SP haters (they hate all bands that doesn't sound like White Stripes)

So there they were. They appeared in white clothes, and big coats. Chamberlain and Billy were the only oldschool SP there. There was a girl (hot girl) at the bass (I think she played in Swam too) and a asiatic guitarrist.



They started with a song from the new album. United States. After that, TODAY. Everybody started to move, to feel closer... The concert was pretty like a "slow" one and later a "moved" one. Billy played some acoustic too. "to sheila" from the adore sounded incredible in acoustic. "winterlong" and "thirty-three" also sounded in acoustic.

A super rocker "bullet with butterfly" made us move like crazy. Jumping, shouting, hardly breathing.

I couldn't stop my tears with "Today". They also played old hits like "Disarm", "1979", obviously "tonight tonight", "cherub rock" and "hummer"




Then they left, and came back for a bis, with "muzzle mellon".

It's been my first SP concert ever, and can tell that's worth it.

I bought a 3 days entrance of that fest ONLY to see them, and I'm satisfied. So fuck the haters.

I saw billy and the rest pretty happy. They were joking all the time ones with the others. I saw them smiling, and pretty close to us. I liked that, specially cause the bad languages always speak shit about him thinking he's a god. Well he is, so shut the fuck up
