Yesterday was surprisingly great!
Seriously, I made a deposit, got a minor extension on my visa-limit, and still played four hours worth of basketball in the afternoon. That rocked! And there were three gorgous females, who of course the upper-classmen were ogling, etc, so I had to keep it in check a lot. I just want to play b-ball, really.
One in particular, though, she is a beauty, and I think she's appropriate. That could be a match, perhaps.
Anyhow, I realized why I like basketball so much today:
When I lived in Flint, I wanted to go shoot baskets at my elementary school. I was just practicing freethrows, probably looking like I didn't know anything about basketball, which was completely true. Derek came along and told me to get off the court, so I told him no. Now no one else is around or anything, and Derek punches me in my face. It hurt like hell and I remember my eyes being watery and eveything, but I just kept shooting. I didn't fight or anything. After a few moments, Derek came back and was said something equivalent to "you're alright." He let me play there without any more trouble.
I remembered that on the bus today. Odd.
Anyhow, last night I went out with a bunch of the CUNY Law-kids, which was a sausage-fest, but alright nonetheless. I got to dance, which I did horribly, but with a fucking BEAUTY of a student. I was watching her dance, and grinning from ear to ear, so pleased with myself for dancing horribly with this wonderful person. Truly a great moment AND an ego-booster.
Woke up aroud noon. Went to school. Completed work for Monday and talked with Mas, who's really cute and positive, and Biana, who's going through some troubles and wanted to talk a lot, which is the fault of a communications degree, I'm certain, but was okay overall. I think we're becoming friends in a good way, but I do hope she doesn't end up liking me, because that would be tough. I don't think that she's unnattractive, but I find myself often avoiding looking at her cleavage, which I can't help. She always keeps le chemise open a bit, you know?
I practiced piano and spoke with ARGH TRAIN. Yesterday, Amanda Conrad called, too. I am still, oddly enough, loved. Such a pleasure to be loved by them. They are the brilliant, the beautiful, and loyal, those two.
INTERPOL ROCKS!

hotcurry:
Hooray for great days!!! After tonight a lot of the stress in my life will be gone from my system. Of course new stress will take its place as soon as the overnight ratings come in.
