After Throwaway was TOZZED, I posted on the anger-managementboard, where the moderator, Sean, had booted one or two other members out of spite.
That was fucking weird and rediculous but...
I implied that he was abusing power, by emphasizing how much I agreed with his position of authority, while arguing that SG wasn't a tyranny. Fucking weird.
I was worried he'd read right through the sardonic tone and TOZ me too, but it didn't happen, which was nice.
Rediculous as it may seem, I'm immensely pleased that Thursday wrote/posted to me and feel flattered that she'd write. I'd type that stupid love graphic in here, but it's so god-awful that I'd only use it for irony.
Anyhow, April's taking off shortly and I'll miss her.
I'm making a mosaic table with Courtney, which is nice. I made a tree and a fire surrounding some china-pattern with a tree and a bird. Seems okay so far, but there's wayyy more to be done, and plenty of time to fulfill the title "FUCK-UP," which usually happens sooner or later.
I gardened like a mad-man yesterday to help out the step-mom, and that was after I worked on moving sod and at the Achievement Place for Boys.
I got the JO OBB! That's right!
::Ian struts around the study laughing, while wagging his finger at no one in particular:: I will now be a role model for fucked up kids, watching them like a hawk, and SQUELCHING any self-respect they may have retained! j/k
These kids seem great, and I'm flattered that I get to work there and with them. The STAFF, I'm slightly reticent about, but te boys are great. I'm sure that they'll be trouble and hard-work, but I think that I can actually help them, and I'll try my hardest to make sure that they're getting the best out of the program.
They're all teenagers with different problems, who agree to self govern each other in the home. It's their home, their rules, and I'll be there to help guide them. It's a great idea, and (as I'm a lover of revolutions) will really help me gain an understanding of social groups. I'm especially interested in how this relates to a commune/co-operative house, and what I may or may not be able to do with that model.

although- if a woman said that seriously then i'd say she has some sad issues and should chill out...
re your job- way to go! this is the kinda stuff that actually makes a difference! i have some experience in working with challanged kids (excuse the politically correct term- its nicer then saying- 'kids who had the misfortune of being born to complete assholes, or who had something terrible happen to them at some point...) and while it was very hard- it was some of the most rewarding work i had ever done.
aiiight- time to go- be cool!
