Ok ok...so I have this issue with blogging on SG...I don't tend to do it, at all. In general I don't blog much to begin with but tonight was very provocative in an intellectual sense and so I feel the need to talk a bit to no one in particular.
To start off, I had a 10 hour long improvisational acting and role playing day with some artistic friends of mine...nothing sexual for you gutter-minds out there
Heh...none of those on SG right?
Well, lets just say a character that I have been very intrigued with, both as an individual as well as his relations with the group has taken a drastic leap in his personal scope. In short, he has begun a long journey to question the life and death of all people, both life's and death's value, and his personal impact on the world. Honestly, it was probably one of the best meetings of this past year.
To top off the evening I hung out with a couple of my creative comrades and we somehow managed to start with a breakdown of the evening, span into talking about my novel in progress, then into literature, then movies that evoke literature's finest attributes, and finally into a full discussion over theology and ideology. I haven't had a day this full of mental strain, stress, and as rewarding as this was in a very long while. Now I remember exactly why I made these specific friends...lol
To finish it all off, I made my way online. Took a stop off at Facebook, and then continued on to SG to check out an amazing set by Aleon....if you haven't seen Unstrung yet, go check it out immediately. That lady has got some incredible charisma...not to mention, it always takes me a few seconds to break away from that hypnotic gaze.
....such beautiful eyes.....
Anyways, it's been a great day, I drank surprisingly little considering the company, and I had an amazing Friday with my friends and away from school on this long weekend.
